РАК ТЕЛА МАТКИ У ЖЕНЩИН СТАРШЕГО ВОЗРАСТА: В ЧЕМ ОСОБЕННОСТИ?
Рак тела матки (РТМ) относится к самой распространенной патологии среди онкогинекологических больных и занимает 3-е ранговое место в структуре онкологических заболеваний у женщин в России. Раннее проявление симптомов заболевания в виде различных кровотечений из половых путей и хорошая визуализация опухоли с помощью методов ультразвуковой диагностики позволяют выявить рак тела матки на I–II стадиях почти у 80 % больных. При этом смертность от прогрессирования болезни остается стабильной в течение последнего 10-летия. В этой связи детальное изучение прогностических факторов, влияющих на течение и прогноз болезни, является своевременным и актуальным для улучшения отдаленных результатов. Одним из таких факторов неблагоприятного предположительного исхода заболевания является пожилой возраст. В данной работе рассматриваются особенности клинического течения рака тела матки у женщин старше 70 лет, имеющих сопутствующую экстрагенитальную патологию, а также предлагаются варианты улучшения качества лечения этих пациенток на основе данных мировой литературы.
Цель работы – совершенствование методик лечения рака тела матки у пожилых больных и получение доказанных фактов улучшения прогноза заболевания для включения в клинические рекомендации.
